La GLPI Partners Day 2025, organisée dans le magnifique hôtel Alfonso XIII de Séville 🇪🇸, a réuni nos partenaires officiels du monde entier pour une journée placée sous le signe de l’innovation, de la collaboration et de l’avenir de GLPI.
Cette 3ᵉ édition a été une véritable célébration de l’écosystème GLPI, où la technologie rencontre l’humain, et où l’open source continue de se développer grâce à la force de sa communauté.
La journée a débuté par un accueil autour d’un café, suivi des discours d’ouverture de Christian C. et Pascal. La matinée s’est poursuivie avec plusieurs présentations des équipes :
Chaque intervention a renforcé le même message : l’évolution de GLPI est portée par ses partenaires et sa communauté.
Ensuite, place aux témoignages inspirants de partenaires de certains projets clients (REX) :
Ces sessions ont mis en lumière la manière dont GLPI aide les organisations du monde entier à optimiser leur gestion des services et à accélérer leur transformation numérique.
Une pause bien méritée a permis aux participants de profiter d’un déjeuner networking dans les superbes jardins de l’hôtel 🌿 un moment idéal pour échanger, partager des expériences et renforcer la collaboration.
Deux tables rondes d’experts ont ensuite apporté des discussions approfondies et des visions d’avenir :
Ces discussions ont mis en avant le rôle croissant de GLPI Network Cloud et l’importance de l’innovation pour répondre aux défis IT de demain.
En fin d’après-midi, les participants ont eu la surprise de découvrir les magnifiques jardins de l’Alcázar de Séville, classés au patrimoine mondial de l’UNESCO 🌸. Cette visite guidée a offert un moment de détente et d’inspiration, symbolisant le lien culturel qui unit le réseau mondial de GLPI.
La journée s’est conclue avec la cérémonie des remises de prix, récompensant l’excellence et l’engagement de nos partenaires :
🎉 L’événement s’est poursuivi avec un quiz Kahoot, un moment ludique pour tester les connaissances GLPI des partenaires. Tous les participants ont reçu un sac GLPI confectionné par Hindbag 🎒, confectionnée en coton biologique et matériaux recyclés. Hindbag soutient l’émancipation des femmes en Inde à travers des salaires équitables et l’éducation, en parfaite adéquation avec les valeurs durables de Teclib’ 🌱.
L’événement s’est terminé par un cocktail de clôture et une photo de groupe, concluant en beauté cette journée inspirante.
La GLPI Partners Day 2025 a une fois de plus démontré que la force de GLPI réside dans sa communauté, ses partenaires et sa vision partagée.

Chez Teclib’, nous sommes convaincus que la force de notre écosystème open source réside dans la puissance des partenariats. La semaine dernière, notre Channel Manager Brésil, Nicolas Maymila rendu visite à notre partenaire Pellissari Soluções à Ponta Grossa (PR), approfondissant ainsi une collaboration clé pour le développement de la présence de GLPI dans le sud du Brésil.
Invité par João, fondateur et directeur de PLSS, Nicolas a passé deux journées enrichissantes avec l’ensemble de l’équipe PLSS. Ces échanges ont permis d’identifier de nouvelles opportunités avec GLPI, d’échanger sur différentes stratégies et d’explorer de nouvelles synergies pour renforcer notre développement mutuel.
Au cours de cette visite, plusieurs réunions ont eu lieu entre Nicolas et les équipes dirigeantes de PLSS, composées de Joao Pellissari, Laís Leal, Fábio Maia et Sergio Paschenda. Ces échanges ont mis en lumière le fait que cette collaboration repose sur des valeurs communes et un objectif partagé : offrir une gestion des services IT robuste et accessible aux entreprises de tout le Brésil, ainsi qu’à l’échelle locale à Ponta Grossa.
Nicolas a également eu l’opportunité de présenter les ambitions du partenariat entre Teclib’ et PLSS lors d’un « Town Meeting ».
Ce déplacement a également permis de mieux connaître l’écosystème économique et technologique local. Nous avons eu l’honneur de rencontrer Faynara Merege, Secrétaire à l’Industrie et au Commerce de Ponta Grossa, afin d’aborder la dynamique de l’économie locale et le rôle clé que jouent des entreprises comme PLSS dans l’accélération du développement technologique de la région.
Ces rencontres ont également favorisé des échanges avec des acteurs institutionnels clés qui promeuvent l’innovation, l’industrie et l’entrepreneuriat locaux. Parmi eux figuraient les membres de l’ACPIG (Associação Comercial, Industrial e Empresarial de Ponta Grossa) : Giorgia Bin Bochenek, Leonardo Puppi Bernardi et Jeymission Melo. En collaboration avec l’ACPIG, nous avons eu l’opportunité d’enregistrer un podcast sur le partenariat Teclib’& PLSS et l’impact stratégique de GLPI au Brésil.
Cette visite a également été l’occasion de présenter ce partenariat à la presse régionale, à travers plusieurs échanges mettant en lumière l’impact concret de cette collaboration pour PLSS et GLPI dans la région. Étaient présents :
Un remerciement tout particulier à Eloir pour son accueil au studio du groupe Jornal da Manhã & Portal A Rede, qui nous a offert l’opportunité de réaliser une interview exclusive diffusée en direct sur les plateformes.
Ces rencontres ont été rendues possibles grâce au soutien de Guilherme Dias, qui accompagne activement PLSS dans l’organisation de ces événements et la promotion de l’innovation à Ponta Grossa.

Nous avons également eu des échanges très enrichissants avec Carlos Alberto Wegrow, responsable des systèmes d’informations du Grupo Gondaski, un acteur local majeur et multi-sectoriel. Ensemble, nous avons exploré les différentes façons dont GLPI pourrait accompagner leurs projets de transformation digitale et d’optimisation des processus, ouvrant ainsi d’intéressantes perspectives de collaboration pour l’avenir.
Chez Teclib’, nous sommes fiers de constater comment des solutions open source comme GLPI créent de la valeur grâce à la collaboration et à l’innovation, générant une croissance durable et pérenne pour l’ensemble des acteurs concernés. Cette visite réaffirme l’importance des partenariats locaux stratégiques pour bâtir un avenir numérique plus solide et plus durable, au Brésil comme dans le reste du monde.
On May 15, Teclib’ brought its teams together for Teclib’ Day 2025, an event that combines assessment, vision, and team spirit. This day, held at Mama Shelter in Paris, was the perfect opportunity to take stock of our progress, thank the teams for their dedication, and strengthen our ties through enriching and fun activities.
The day began with a warm welcome over coffee at 9:30 a.m., allowing everyone to meet up before the presentations began at 10 a.m.
Finally, our CEO, Pascal, concluded this morning with promising projections and statistics for the coming year.
After a friendly lunch in the warm atmosphere of Mama Shelter, the afternoon took a more interactive turn:
To end on a high note, there was time to relax with aperitifs, cocktails, games of pétanque, and even a magician to amaze the attendees. A festive moment that allowed us to celebrate our successes in a friendly and festive atmosphere.
Teclib’ Day 2025 was a success on every level. It not only strengthened our ties, but also confirmed our shared vision and commitment to our projects. See you at the next Teclib’ Day for a new edition.
Teclib' is delighted to have participated in the SMWorld event in Orlando! This prestigious event organized by HDI was a unique opportunity for us to showcase GLPI, our open source IT service management solution, to an American audience.
This first adventure in the American market was marked by enriching encounters with industry leaders, IT experts, and IT decision-makers. We also had the privilege of speaking with potential partners who share our vision of agile and accessible IT management.
SMWorld allowed us to present the strengths of GLPI to a new audience. Open source, modular, and powerful, our tool continues to draw interest for its ability to meet the needs of modern IT services, whether for asset management, ticketing, or overall IT services.
This first incursion into the American market is an important step for Teclib'. We look forward to continuing this momentum with exciting projects coming soon. Stay tuned for more!

This event, designed to strengthen ties with our community and share the latest updates on GLPI, began at 4:30 PM with the reception of participants.
The conference started at 5:30 PM with an opening speech by our CEO, Pascal Aubry, followed by Loïc Le Fur, Sales Director, and his team of channel managers who work directly with our partners. Daniela Buxo, Marketing Manager, then presented key marketing statistics, our social media presence, and the outlook for the coming year.
We had the pleasure of welcoming Chloé Robin, Director of the web agency Buy The Way, who unveiled the future GLPI website, coming soon. Alexandre Delaunay, GLPI Product Owner, and Arthur Schaefer, GLPI Tech Writer, then captivated the audience by presenting the new features of GLPI 11 and upcoming functionalities.
The session concluded with a Q&A session, providing an enriching exchange between the Teclib team and the partners.
At 7:00 PM, it was time to enjoy an aperitif on the rooftop of the Palazzo Anantara, offering a splendid view of Rome. The evening continued at 8:00 PM with a convivial dinner, where discussions, laughter, and intercultural exchanges marked the end of this unforgettable day.

Every year, we get together from different parts of the world, to celebrate our famous Teclib' Day, a friendly and professional event where we talk about Teclib's progress and future plans and, of course, spend a good time together. This year's event was on Thursday, June 13, at Tronchay Farm in Courville-sur-Eure which is also the Ferme du Tronchay Gallet, where the famous Schorle du Beauperché is produced. We also celebrated Teclib's 15th anniversary! 🎉 🥳
The event started with a warm welcome for employees with coffee and croissants, and some casual conversation.We then had professional presentations to talk about our expectations, developments, and our goals for the end of 2024 and 2025.We started with Loïc Lefur, Sales director, who introduced his team of Channel Managers:Samra Mola: Channel Manager based in Italy.Virginie Nivard: Channel Manager based in Ireland.Anna Kostrzewska: Channel manager based in Poland.-Christian Casalegno: Channel Manager based in Spain.
Next, Daniela Buxó, Marketing Manager at Teclib', shared statistics about the business in terms of marketing and goals for this year and next year.
After that, was the technical team's time. Alexandre Delaunay and the product team, spoke about news and developments in GLPI and future releases such as GLPI Carbon, GLPI v11, and much more that we will share with you soon.
Chloé Robin, Buy The Way's director, along with Alexandre Fageon, the Consulting Director, presented their new website, which you can find here: https://buy-the-way.com/ and also discussed their clients, developments, and objectives.
To conclude the presentations, our CEO, Pascal Aubry, spoke about financial figures, objectives, recruitment, and more. He also thanked each of us for our work over the years and set the tone for enjoying this exciting day!
Last but not least, our Teclib' Edition's director, François LEGASTELOIS, wanted to highlight the full participation of his team, including R&D, Product, Cloud, Administration, Marketing, Support, Professional Services, Sales, and Legal. He also extended his sincere thanks to our CEO, Pascal.

After the presentations, we made a group activity: a treasure hunt with maps and a final goal: plant a tree. We could choose from cherry, apple, pear, almond, and many other trees! It was a very memorable and nice activity to share with all the teclibers.
