If you are already familiar with GLPI basics or have completed an introductory course, this 2-day online training focuses specifically on user support workflows and form management in GLPI 11. Sessions take place on a live GLPI Cloud instance to ensure hands-on learning from day one.

This training is designed for IT professionals who work directly with user requests and service management, in particular:
