On Friday, June 12, the whole Teclib' team came together in Caen, home to our technical crew, for the Teclib' Day: a packed day of half-year reviews, upcoming projects, and genuine team bonding.
Morning: Half-Year Reviews at MoHo
The day started at MoHo, a creative coworking space in the heart of Caen, over coffee and informal catch-ups before the presentations got underway.
Pascal Aubry, CEO of Teclib', opened the session with a review of the first semester: key milestones, challenges faced, and the roadmap for the months ahead.
Loïc Le Fur then took the floor on the commercial side: new clients, new markets, and a global snapshot of the sales team operating around the world. It was also a chance to officially welcome the newest members who have joined Teclib' in recent months.

On the technical side, Alexandre Delaunay walked through the developments in the pipeline: new plugins, and above all, the upcoming GLPI v12. Benoît Vignal and Romain Lecouvreur followed with a presentation of the new AI plugin, one of the most anticipated additions to the GLPI ecosystem.
To wrap up the morning, the marketing and communications team stepped up. Chloé Robin (Marketing Director), Flavia Calonego (Community Manager), and Arthur Schaefer (GLPI Tech Writer & Videographer) shared what's in the works: the 2026 trade shows, the upcoming Partners Day, the new digital strategy, a focus on social media, and content initiatives across all channels.

Lunch: Apéro Dinatoire at MoHo
At midday, the team enjoyed a relaxed lunch at MoHo, a well-earned break before the afternoon kicked off.
Afternoon: Strategy, HR, and What Comes Next
The afternoon opened with a few additional presentations. Alexandre Fageon gave an update on Buy The Way, the group's web agency, and its projects ahead. Cédric Anne outlined his role within the CSE and the various responsibilities that come with it. The team also had the chance to meet the new HR Manager who will be joining Teclib' in July.
The session then opened up into a plenary discussion: the future of GLPI, employee well-being, and the priorities and expectations of the teams.
Out on the Orne: Water Activities
Mid-afternoon, the team headed to the banks of the Orne for a session of water activities: pedal boats, canoes, and kayaks out in the open air. The kind of moment where smiles say more than any slide deck. A genuine team-building experience, measured in collective spirit (and a fair bit of paddling effort).

Evening: Rooftop at The People Hotel
The day closed on the rooftop of The People hotel, a Caen favourite, where the whole team gathered one last time to unwind, celebrate a great day, and simply enjoy each other's company.
The Teclib' Day is a reminder of what makes this team tick: talented people, united by a shared mission, and genuinely glad to be in the same place.
