A day to celebrate collaboration and innovation
The GLPI Partners Day 2025, held in the magnificent Hotel Alfonso XIII in Seville 🇪🇸, brought together our official partners from around the world for a full day dedicated to innovation, collaboration, and the future of GLPI.
This 3rd edition was a true celebration of the GLPI ecosystem where technology meets people, and open source continues to grow through the strength of its community.
GLPI presentations
The day began with a warm welcome, coffee, and opening remarks from Christian C. and Pascal. The morning continued with several presentations from the Teclib' teams:
- Loïc on GLPI commercial perspectives,
- Patrice Vaillant on the importance of collective learning in GLPI training,
- The marketing team (Chloé, Arthur & Flavia) on GLPI’s communication and growth strategy,
- Alexandre on technical innovations and what’s next for GLPI 11 and GLPI Network Cloud.
Each talk reinforced the same message: GLPI’s evolution is driven by its partners and community.
Next, it was time for inspiring partner success stories (REX):
These sessions highlighted how GLPI supports organizations around the world in optimizing their IT service management and driving their digital transformation.
Networking lunch in the gardens of Hotel Alfonso XIII
A well-deserved break allowed participants to enjoy a networking lunch in the hotel’s stunning gardens 🌿 an ideal moment for partners to exchange ideas, share experiences, and strengthen collaboration.
Afternoon panels
Two expert panels brought deep discussions and forward-thinking perspectives:
- “GLPI Network Cloud: expertise and use cases”, hosted by Pascal Aubry, Arthur Schaefer of Teclib’, Oscar Beiro of Ticgal, Agnès Morin of IT Gouvernance, and Alexandre Palmieri of Exodata.
- “The Future of ITSM and GLPI: Entering a New Era of Service Management,” hosted by Alexandre Delaunay of Teclib, Davide Musella of Initiativa, Miroslav Hlohovsky of Omnicom, and Mirko Morandini of Wuerth Phoenix
These panels highlighted the growing role of GLPI Cloud and the importance of innovation to meet tomorrow’s IT challenges.
A cultural surprise: Visit of the Alcázar Gardens
In the late afternoon, participants discovered the beautiful Gardens of the Alcázar of Seville, a UNESCO World Heritage site 🌸. This guided visit was a surprise moment of relaxation and inspiration, symbolizing the cultural connection behind GLPI’s global network.
Awards, quiz, and closing celebration
The day ended with the much-awaited GLPI Partner Awards Ceremony, celebrating excellence and commitment:

🎉 The celebration continued with a Kahoot quiz a fun moment testing partners’ GLPI knowledge and everyone received a Hindbag GLPI fanny pack 🎒.
Made from organic cotton and recycled materials, Hindbag supports women’s empowerment in India through fair wages and education, aligning perfectly with Teclib’s sustainability values. 🌱
The event concluded with a closing cocktail and a group photo the perfect ending to an inspiring day.
A strong community moving forward
The GLPI Partners Day 2025 once again proved that the strength of GLPI lies in its community, partners, and shared vision.
