Teclib’ has started preparing for ISO/IEC 27001:2022 certification. The company is supported by the consultancy firm Akant, through the Impulsion Conseil scheme run by AD Normandie and funded by the Normandy Region.
Our customers, our partners and the GLPI community place their trust in us, and information security is a large part of that trust. This is why Teclib’ decided to structure its Information Security Management System (ISMS) and to aim for ISO/IEC 27001:2022, the international reference standard in this field.
A project that involves the whole company
ISO 27001 is not only a technical matter. It concerns every team: infrastructure, development, support, human resources, legal, sales and finance.
In practice, the process includes:
- an assessment of our security maturity and a gap analysis against the standard;
- an inventory and mapping of our digital assets;
- risk analysis and treatment;
- the implementation of security policies and procedures;
- security awareness for all employees.
Expert support, backed by the Normandy Region
To carry out this project, Teclib’ is working with Akant, a consultancy specialising in ISO 27001 compliance and certification. This audit and consulting assignment receives financial support from the Normandy Region through Impulsion Conseil, a scheme run by AD Normandie (the Normandy Development Agency).
For Teclib’, a Normandy company based in Caen, this support makes it possible to move faster on a demanding project and to rely on recognised external expertise.
What comes next
The certification audit is scheduled for 2027. Beyond ISO 27001, this work also prepares the ground for other frameworks our customers expect, particularly in regulated sectors.
This project is supported by the Normandy Region.
