MoreOptions officially succeeds the Behavior plugin. It takes over its main features to automate the management of ITIL objects in GLPI 11.
What MoreOptions brings to GLPI 11
With MoreOptions, you can:
- Make fields mandatory before a ticket is solved or closed, or when tasks are created.
- Make ticket closure depend on the status of its tasks.
- Automate group and technician assignments.
- Update groups and technicians in charge based on the category.

GLPI 12: a new implementation of the Escalade plugin
In GLPI 12, MoreOptions includes a complete rewrite of the Escalade plugin, with:
- Filtering of allowed groups and management of escalation settings.
- Per-entity configuration, with inheritance to child entities.
- A graphical editor for the escalation tree, with loop detection.
- Escalation history and automatic escalation through business rules.
Tickets, problems and changes are all supported.

What happens to the Escalade plugin
On GLPI 11, Escalade remains available and will keep receiving maintenance fixes.
On GLPI 12, a final version of Escalade will let you migrate your group filters to MoreOptions before the plugin reaches its end of life.
