The GITEX AI Europe exhibition, held on June 30 and July 1 in Berlin, provided an opportunity for the GLPI teams to connect with key players in the European technology sector. Over the course of these two days, we shared our approach to digital sovereignty—an area where the Open Source model delivers concrete solutions for IT infrastructure management.

Constructive exchanges with our international ecosystem
This event in Berlin served as a strategic meeting point to grow our network. We had the opportunity to meet with IT decision-makers, administrators, and partners from Europe, Africa, and Asia.
These discussions help us align our roadmap with on-the-ground requirements and support the international deployment of GLPI. We would also like to acknowledge the presence of our partners Blueteam and Liop, with whom we were able to collaborate on-site.

AI, sustainability, and the transition to ESM
At our booth, presentations focused on the platform's technical evolutions and current market expectations:
- Artificial Intelligence (AI): AI use cases applied to Ticketing and Helpdesk workflows to assist technicians and optimize request handling.
- Sustainability (Green IT): Precise hardware lifecycle tracking through Asset Management, CMDB, and Inventory features.
These interactions also demonstrated how GLPI addresses ITSM processes (aligned with the ITIL framework) while expanding toward ESM (Enterprise Service Management) to structure services for other corporate departments (such as HR and facilities management).
Thank you to our visitors
We would like to thank the clients, users, and Open Source community contributors who visited our booth to share their feedback and experience.
