Over these ten years, we have passionately developed several key services in close and continuous collaboration with Teclib, including consulting and advisory services, training, assistance and support, plugin development, the publication of a book on GLPI and three key ITIL processes, as well as the organization of regular meetings between the publisher and our customer community, among others.
