Based in Paris La Défense, AXEL IT Solutions specializes in ITIL process tooling. The company helps organizations turn ITIL practices into a working ITSM platform.

Its team supports clients at every stage: deployment, integration and functional evolutions of their ITSM platform. Their expertise covers incident management, problem management, change management, the CMDB and the user portal, all areas handled natively in GLPI.
