VAT \/ participant <\/p>\n<p>\ud83c\uddeb\ud83c\uddf7 French <\/p>\n<p><strong>Target audience:<\/strong> IT technician, asset manager, head of an IT helpdesk (call center), GLPI functional administrator, quality manager.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prerequisites:<\/strong> <\/p>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Have a GLPI instance in-house or on glpi-network.cloud for several months or years in version 9.5.x or 10.0.x<\/li>\n<li>Understand ticket concepts (incident or request), managing tickets across teams, ticket lifecycle (new, in progress, resolved, closed)<\/li>\n<li>Understand categories (tickets related to software, office software, business software, hardware, printers, computers, monitors\u2026)<\/li>\n<li>Know how to create a ticket in GLPI, assign it to a technician group or individual, and ensure its handling, resolution, and closure<\/li>\n<li>The training includes theoretical information on GLPI followed by practical workshops: one optional workshop will cover installing a GLPI 10.0.x instance on a Debian 11 server and requires Linux knowledge; the other workshops will use the GLPI 10.0.x graphical interface.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><strong>Programme :<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Reminder of IT best practices: Asset Management and User Support<\/li>\n<li>GLPI: prerequisites, installation, update.<\/li>\n<li>Usability elements.<\/li>\n<li>Authentication modules: Local accounts and integration with Active Directory.<\/li>\n<li>Entities.<\/li>\n<li>Profiles. <\/li>\n<li>Manual asset management.<\/li>\n<li>User support. <\/li>\n<li>L\u2019exploitation.<\/li>\n<li>Datainjection and Formcreator plugins<\/li>\n<li>Advanced user support administration.<\/li>\n<li>La gestion de parc avanc\u00e9e.<\/li>\n<li>Presentation of the GLPI Network Offer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Interested?
