It takes over its main features to automate the management of ITIL objects in GLPI 11.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What MoreOptions brings to GLPI 11<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">With MoreOptions, you can:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Make fields mandatory before a ticket is solved or closed, or when tasks are created.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Make ticket closure depend on the status of its tasks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Automate group and technician assignments.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Update groups and technicians in charge complete rewrite of the Escalade plugin, with:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Filtering of allowed groups and management of escalation settings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Per-entity configuration, with inheritance to child entities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A graphical editor for the escalation tree, with loop detection.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Escalation history and automatic escalation fixes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On GLPI 12, a final version of Escalade will let you migrate your group filters to MoreOptions before the plugin reaches its end of
