Our CEO, our Channel Manager, our Partner Success Manager and our Technical Writer were there with a clear goal: to get to know the Zabbix ecosystem from the inside, understand how its partners work, and strengthen the technology partnership that brings Zabbix and GLPI together in 2026.

More than technology partners

Three days in Riga confirmed what we already sensed: Zabbix and GLPI are much more than technology partners. They are almost sister companies.

Our solutions complement each other naturally. Every organisation that monitors its IT assets also needs to manage incidents, requests, problems and changes. Monitoring detects; ITSM organises the response.

Beyond the products, we share the same business model, the same open source and community-driven way of working, and the same focus on connecting people. In Riga, it became clear that Zabbix and GLPI share practically the same DNA.

Presenting our ITSM vision

The Zabbix Summit is a place where people come to learn, and a lot of them. It gave us the opportunity to present the GLPI ITSM proposal to attendees who were there to observe, learn and explore new ways to strengthen their IT operations.

Integration today, and more to come

Zabbix and GLPI are already connected. Zabbix itself developed the GLPI media type, a webhook-based integration that automatically opens tickets in GLPI from Zabbix events.

During the Summit, we also met the Zabbix integrations team to work on new product integrations, on both the Zabbix and GLPI sides. Expect news in the coming weeks.

Networking beyond the plenary sessions

Some of the most valuable moments happened outside the conference rooms: at dinners, happy hours and informal meetings. We met many people who already knew GLPI, a sign of how recognised the platform is. Some had come across GLPI in the past without exploring it further, and our presence sparked their curiosity to reconnect and see how GLPI could address their business needs.

We also met several companies that are already both GLPI and Zabbix partners, such as Imagunet and Somone. They are living proof of how well the two ecosystems fit together.

Open source as a professional, sovereign choice

Above all, this partnership is about open source. Together, Zabbix and GLPI want to show that open source can, and should, be considered by organisations as a professional and sovereign choice for their IT.

Join us

This partnership is growing in Europe and in Latin America, and we want you to be part of it.

Zabbix partners and integrators: discover GLPI and become a GLPI partner.

GLPI partners and integrators: discover Zabbix and the value of combining monitoring and ITSM for your customers.

Zabbix users: see how GLPI can turn your monitoring alerts into structured service management.

Thank you to the whole Zabbix team for welcoming us in Riga.
