Under our support model, which always covers the two latest major versions, this release will mark the end of support for GLPI 10.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What this means for your instance<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once GLPI 12 is out, instances still running GLPI 10 will no longer receive:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>bug fixes<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>security updates<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>assistance under your GLPI Network subscription<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Running an unsupported version exposes your service desk to unpatched vulnerabilities and leaves your teams without help when an issue arises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What should you do?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u27a1\ufe0f&nbsp;<strong>Plan your migration ahead:<\/strong>&nbsp;if you are still using GLPI 10, start planning your upgrade to GLPI 11, or straight to GLPI 12, right now.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u27a1\ufe0f&nbsp;<strong>Contact your integration partner:<\/strong>&nbsp;get in touch with your usual partner to organise this transition smoothly. Don't have a partner yet?
