{"id":434940,"date":"2024-10-22T12:00:52","date_gmt":"2024-10-22T12:00:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/glpi.instawp.xyz\/?p=434940"},"modified":"2025-06-16T13:14:06","modified_gmt":"2025-06-16T12:14:06","slug":"glpi-administration-training-in-april-2025","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.glpi-project.org\/en\/glpi-administration-training-in-april-2025\/","title":{"rendered":"GLPI Administration training in April 2025"},"content":{"rendered":"<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>We are organizing a new GLPI training session in April that will take place in Paris.<\/strong><\/h2><p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">\ud83d\uddd3\ufe0f <strong>From April 14 to 18, 2025<\/strong><\/p><p>\ud83c\udf9f\ufe0f \u20ac2,500 excl. tax \/ participant<\/p><p>\ud83c\uddeb\ud83c\uddf7 French<\/p><p><strong>Audience:<\/strong> IT technician, asset manager, helpdesk center manager (call center), GLPI functional administrator, quality manager.<\/p><p><strong>Prerequisites:<\/strong><\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Have a GLPI instance in-house or on glpi-network.cloud, for several months or years in version 9.5.x or 10.0.x<\/li><li>Understand ticket concepts (incident or request), ticket management across teams, ticket lifecycle (new, in progress, resolved, closed)<\/li><li>Understand category concepts (tickets about software, office software, business software, hardware, printers, computers, monitors\u2026)<\/li><li>Know how to create a ticket in GLPI, assign it to a group or individual, and manage, resolve and close it<\/li><li>The training consists of theoretical input on GLPI followed by hands-on workshops. One workshop involves installing a GLPI 10.0.x instance on a Debian 11 server (optional, requires Linux knowledge). Others will be done via the GLPI 10.0.x GUI.<\/li><\/ul><blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><strong>Program:<\/strong><\/p><\/blockquote><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Review of best IT practices: Asset Management and User Support<\/li><li>GLPI: prerequisites, installation, update<\/li><li>UI elements<\/li><li>Authentication modules: Local accounts and Active Directory integration<\/li><li>Entities<\/li><li>Profiles<\/li><li>Manual asset management<\/li><li>User support<\/li><li>Operations<\/li><li>Plugins: Datainjection and Formcreator<\/li><li>Advanced functional admin of user support<\/li><li>Advanced asset management<\/li><li>Presentation of GLPI Network Offer<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Interested?
