In this blog post and accompanying video tutorial, let\u2019s walk through the first steps of using the Branding Plugin to elevate your GLPI experience \u2014 and your client\u2019s too.<\/p><p>The Branding Plugin for GLPI is a powerful tool designed to enhance the visual appeal of your GLPI instance. It allows you to replace default logos with your own and create a more personalized login page without the need of copying and pasting files directly into the server\u2019s folders.<\/p><p>This not only makes your GLPI instance visually distinctive, but also reinforces your organization\u2019s brand identity.<\/p><p><strong>\u2139\ufe0f The \u2018Branding\u2019 plugin is available for all the Basic GLPI Network subscribers and for all GLPI Network Cloud customers.<\/strong><\/p><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to install the Branding Plugin<\/h2><p>If you are, at least, a Basic GLPI Network Subscriber or a GLPI Cloud Network administrator, you can find the plugin named Branding on the Marketplace of your instance.<\/p><p><strong>\u2705 The plugin is available for all Basic or above GLPI Network Subscribers and for all GLPI Network Cloud clients.<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Step 1: In Setup &gt; Plugins &gt; Marketplace, search for Branding after choosing the Discover tab.<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>Step 2: Install and enable it.<\/strong><\/p><figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/glpi-project.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/branding-plugin-1024x760.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-429290\" \/><\/figure><p><strong>Step 3: Click on the tool icon below the Uninstall button or navigate through Administration &gt; Entities &gt; Root entity and look for the Branding tab<\/strong><\/p><figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/glpi-project.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/branding-1024x721.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-429295\" \/><\/figure><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How to change GLPI login and top left logos<\/h2><p><strong>Step 4: Choose the files you want to replace the current ones.<\/strong><\/p><ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Top Left corner logo - This can be changed according to the desired entity&nbsp;<\/strong><ul><li>Default size: 100x55 pixels<\/li><li>It is the logo you see when your GLPI page is opened and the left sidebar is expanded.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Lop Left corner logo (collapsed sidebar) - This can be changed according to the desired entity<\/strong><ul><li>Default size 40x40 pixels<\/li><li>It is the logo you see when your GLPI page is opened and the left sidebar is collapsed.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Favicon<\/strong><ul><li>Default size: 16x16 or 32x32 pixels<\/li><li>It is the logo you see next to the page title at the beginning of your browser\u2019s the tab.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Login page logo<\/strong><ul><li>Default size: 220x130 pixels<\/li><li>It is the logo you see before you log in. It appears with the fields to fill with your username and password<\/li><\/ul><\/li><li><strong>Login page background<\/strong><ul><li>Default size: It depends on the usual size of your screens. The bigger, the better. (Make sure not to surpass the maximum upload limit for files.<\/li><li>It is the image you can add as a background at the login page.<\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul><h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Getting Started<\/h2><p>Getting started with \"Branding\" is easy.
