GLPI 0.68.3-2 bug fixes

A security problem have been founded in the version 1.73 of phpmailer when using sendmail function. We do not use this feature in GLPI but for users who need to use it modifying the source code we have released a new archive of the 0.68.3. You can found it on the download page.

No update is needed. You may replace existing files. This new tarball include only others minors bugs presenting on the forum.
