Topic: Tickets with more than one connection
According to the documentation it should be possible to add more than just one "Associated element" to a Ticket but i can´t do that.
I wanted to connect a Ticket to a Project (element of Projects Plugin) and also a Computer.
For example, one request to install one specific computer, and this install belongs to a project task.
It is possible to connect a Ticket to a project, or the ticket to the computer but not both project and computer to the same Ticket.
I am missing something? isn´t that possible?
