Topic: Glpi Follow up Email not receiving.

I have configured glpi to send mails on New Ticket Posting,am able to receive mails to admins on New Ticket posting, But not receiving e-mail Followups.

I have enabled E-mail followups on glpi in Central > Setup > notification > Setup > Use Email Followups.

but not able to receive ticket followup mails.

I have also monitored log of sendmail, bot no e-mail sending to followup id.

We have installed glpi v 72.3.

Check "notification option" -> "For all new tickets" and "For each follow-up" look for groups, you users must be in some of this groups!

I have alerady enabled the same, but not able to receive followup mails.

Now I have roll back it to glpi v. 72.1. Its not working in 72.3,

working fine in 72.1.
